Robert Pock, CEO/Founder
Rob founded TCS Healthcare Technologies in 1983 with two engineer friends who shared a passion for workplace automation using computer technology. Having worked for Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) as Manager of New Product Development in the Health Services Division, it was natural that the company he founded would focus exclusively on applications that ease the workflow burdens of a fledgling Managed Care industry. Over the past 25 years, he and his team have been innovators in Healthcare IT for payer organizations.
Rob and his wife Esther have used the business platform to launch philanthropic projects in Southeast Asia through an organization he directs called the Global Marketplace Initiative (GMI). GMI sends Indonesian teachers to remote island villages and to the tsunami ravaged state of Aceh in northern Sumatra. Six years ago, GMI established an orphanage in Ache that still provides total care for twenty children.
Rob holds a BS in Economics.
Deborah Keller, RN, BSN, Chief Operating Officer
Debb brings both clinical and managed care experience to her role as Chief Operating Officer at TCS Healthcare Technologies. Previously she has served in Director and Vice President level positions at large managed care organizations. In addition to clinical expertise, Debb has experience in regulatory oversight and operations.
As COO, Debb assists TCS Founder and CEO, Rob Pock in achieving corporate goals and supports the alignment of TCS products and processes with client needs. Her areas of responsibility include: Product Management, Account Management, Technical Support and Human Resources.
Debb joined the TCS team in 2012 and received her BSN from Middle Tennessee State University.
Matt Fahner, Director of Product Management
Matt has over 14 years of experience in information systems, including system administration, software implementation and product development. Matt is responsible for providing product direction to ensure that our entire product suite is helping our clients meet their requirements. In this role, he is responsible for product development, quality assurance, product management, and consulting services, to name a few.
Matt has been with TCS for 8 years and has experience in all aspects of our product suite, including application support, general implementation support, data conversion and interface development, system administration, SQL database administration, and application training.
Matt has a BS in Computer Information Systems.
Luis Luna, Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Luis Luna is the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at TCS Healthcare Technologies. Luis is an influencer that brings significant business analytics, discipline and sales planning experience to TCS. In this role, his main focus is new client acquisitions as well as expanding the TCS client base across the United States. Luis also oversees marketing, pricing and contract negotiations. With over 15 years of sales and marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Luis brings a strong sales presence to TCS Healthcare.
Luis received his MBA from the University of Washington, Michael G. Foster School of Business.
